The programme provided a stipend to candidates like Tebogo, offering skills training and experience so important for future employment.

Through the SEF programme, Tebogo learned soft skills, as well experience in data capturing, computer skills, and office administration. The stipend not only improved his and his family’s quality of life but also instilled in him a sense of independence and boosted self-esteem.

Tebogo’s dedication did not go unnoticed. His commitment and growing skills led to a significant opportunity – a full-time position as an admin assistant at the Eye of the Tiger Rugby Academy.
